Eating food is a need as well as a common past time, an entertainment and an enjoyment indeed.


When I was young, I was very conscious of my look. I am scared of getting fat. At one time, I just like to eat food — probably due to a lot of stress, and also I did not want to miss the good food. I ate a lot and I put on a lot of weight. My father was very fast to observe that. He told me to watch my diet.

Ever since then, I began to watch what I eat and I decide to shed off my extra pounds on my body.  That was the only time I had to lose weight.  Everyday I have to calculate how much calories of food I had taken. Before eating meals, I have to make sure that I am not exceeding my calories. To shed off the extra fats in my body faster, I exercise more often too.  Whenever I exceeded my calories intake, I had to do more exercise or to reduce my calories intake subsequently.  This is no fun at all.
