Lighting

Lighting is of utmost important at home. Lighting illuminates the place, allow visibility, enable us to see what seems to be impossible in the darkness of the night. With light, various activities can be held at night. We are able to read, play and do our task at night easily under the right amount of light which you desired.
Imagine several years ago, electrical light source was not available, especially in some kampung houses. Candles were used instead. How much light can a candle light up the house? Activities were restricted. However, nowadays, we have so many patterns and designs of lightings — wall mounted, hanging lights, spot lights, study lamps, under cabinet lighting and many others. Each type of lightings have their specific uses. There are the ‘white’ lights and the ‘orange’ lights. I prefer the white lights as it would not ‘change’ the colour of our surrounding objects. Under cabinet lighting adds beauty to the cabinet. When on at night, it lights up the room as well as beautify the room.
When buying lights, I always choose energy saving light bulbs. I choose lights that are simple in design too. Though chandeliers and luxury lightings are nice, but they are hard to maintain. They are expensive to upkeep also.
