Real Estate Experience

This is just a brief summary of my experience as a real estate agent. Several years back, I worked as a property agent. It was during the time where property prices were good and I think it was the highest at that time. I helped house owners to sell the house, as well as help them in room rental or house rental. For buyers who are looking for houses, I asked them for their needs, expectations and requirements. Next, I will search for houses which match these buyers’ needs.
Working as a real estate agent allowed me to see different types of houses and meet various types of people. For big houses like bungalows and terraces, it was a very rare experience and I felt great to have such opportunity to visit such home. There were houses that were badly maintained, there were houses that were well-kept, with beautiful furnishing and quality lightings and other home decorations. It is indeed an eye-opener and rare chance to ‘visit’ a varieties of home and to see the various ‘types’ of clients I have. Real Estate Agent is my first job. I was promoted to manager level within a year. I had learned selling techniques, how to place advertisements, and handling objections or rejections.
