ReviewMe:No Emails Ever Replied

I had just spoken to my mother. My mother had just came back from Genting. She had gone to work today. When I had told her about ReviewMe, she told me to write to them again. She said that they should give us back the payment.
I had received emails from support@Reviewme from Patrick Gavin, President of ReviewMe on 12th July 2007, informing about their new Advertorial product. I was not replying to him on that day because I doubt they will reply me nor pay me. However after spoken to my mum, I sent Patrick Gavin an email again — since he can send me an email from the same email which I had received and the same email which they had provided, he should be able to send me replies. But until now no emails was replied to me BEFORE. I had only received email replies from Bill Fish. The same email which was sent to my mother’s account, show that Patrick Gavin is also the President of Text-Link Ads. No replies also to my mother’s account. That is very irresponsible.
Though Bill Fish is late in recent replies to my emails, he had replied me. It was better late than never. The first time I sent to him he had a very prompt reply. This time, I sent my email to Patrick Gavin. No replies. I sent one more to Patrick Gavin again and this time I cc one copy to Bill Fish and I also send another email to Bill Fish to ask him about this matter. I respect him and I hope he can help. I have account with Text-Link Ads and so far there is no problem. The first time I had problem, some queries, he had given me very prompt answers. I thought that was good service. Their payment was without fail too.
On 12 July 2007 I had received payment of $5 each for my account and my mother’s account. My mother’s account should be $10 but they again pay $5 short. I am not particular about $5 short but my father’s account of $70 is $105 Singapore dollar! That is a lot for me. My mother urged to me try again, don’t give up.
At this moment, I am not interested in their new program. A good company should value the feedback and handle queries of their customers. Advertisers and bloggers are their customers. I do not know if the advertisers have any problem and I do not know if there are any ReviewMe bloggers who have the similar problems. There is no forum, no message boards where bloggers can interact.
I do hope that they would be responsible enough to reply me and pay the correct amount to the respective accounts soon. All I want is an answer but that seems so hard for them.
