Credit Cards Anger

I am very sick of the way some people used their credit cards. I used credit cards for convenience. Whenever I charged anything to my credit cards, I would pay up the full payment when the bill came. But some people just have the habit of using credit cards money as though money is free.
Just a few days ago, I received saw a credit card bill. My heart felt a pinch of pain when I saw that there was an overcharge of $45 for late payment — Payment to the previous month credit card payment was not made and there was the current month charges and I had to pay these money in the end! For $45, I could have bought so many things for my children. Imagine my daughter had been asking for a new school bag. I have tried to delay it. Just last Saturday, I finally had saved enough money to buy for her. Whenever I want to buy a new school bag for her, her father will say it is a waste of money, and on and on he will go. But I am just very irritating and angry at how he always manage his money. He never even bother to buy anything for the children. A School bag costs $30, for a cheap one that I bought. But $45 he spent on NOTHING at all! I am very mad. This is not the first time. It is the too many times and I have lost count already. I am not immune to it yet. Still hoping that one day, he will know the real value of money and that money is not easy to earn.
He has too many loans and credit cards debts. Every month paying the minimum, every now and then paying late charges. I doubt he knows his full credit cards payment and debts that he has. I think he needs free credit report! For all the bills that he has, his lifestyle is all earning money and paying the banks. He always need to compare credit cards so as to look for free balance transfer facilities.
I do not know whether there are anyone else in this world who are like that. I believe there are people who are like that. Up to their old age, they are still in debts. I had come across some middle age people who are bankrupt too. These are all people who do not know how to manage money. Their family are definitely affected by these people.
