A Sumptuous Meal

By peace | August 24, 2007

These are three dishes which my family usually eat when we eat at Seafood Restaurant.

This is Sambal Kang Kong. It is spicy. In the past, only Richard and I will eat it. Nowadays Ricsson is trying to eat hot stuff too. He will eat a little of this Sambal Kang Kong too.

This is Sambal Chilli Prawns. It is the same sauce that cook Sambal Chilli Crabs. Crabs are too expensive and they are too difficult to eat. The alternative is prawns.

This is the ‘gem’ the children is looking forward to. The main reason and main purpose for eating at the Seafood Restaurant is to eat this dish. This is Fried Frogs’ legs with ginger and spring onion. The children never get tired of it. They always do not have enough of it. A dish of two frogs cost $16. This is a dish of 3 frogs, which cost $24.

A meal like that, with four rice, cost about S$50-$60.
