My daughter and I frequent this stall often cos' it's near where we are staying. I find that the price and serving are reasonable, except for the cold desert, and the service is good. We used to go on Saturday evening and it's frequently full house so now we only go on weekday evenings. The curry chicken is absolutely delicious and my daughter loves their nasi lemak. Oh, their soup are very good too. I am not a big fan of their chicken rice though but my daughter is. The waitresses are friendly when they are not that busy though I have to admit that they can do with more smiles, esp the cashier. Somehow the people at the cashier usually look very stern. Mmm... in short, my little girl and I have enjoyed many delicious dinners at this stall and will definitely continue to do so as long as we are still staying nearby.

Thanks! Haven't been to the Loy Kee at Woodlands and was thinking of trying (I've tried the Loy Kee @Balestier and didn't think too highly of it), but your comment says it all. I think this Loy Kee's standard should be comparable to the one in Balestier, i.e. forgetable.

Which one is the chicken rice "further down at Woodlands Ave 1"?
