California Memories

California is a place which I am quite familiar with. I had stayed there for a month. California is a beautiful place. The best thing about the country is their weather. I love the cool weather there. The sceneries there are very nice too. During the one month stay, my husband and I had gone to several places. We went to San Francisco, San Diego, San Jose, Los Angeles and Las Vegas.
I always love gardens and parks. I love to see beautiful landscape. The most memorable places for me is 17-miles scenic drive and Lake Tahoe. The most beautiful garden which I had come across during my one month stay at California is a little rose garden at Santa Clara University. I had gone to many places, but my husband does not like gardens and parks. Just like the picture above, which is a picture of Golden Gate Park, he would say there is nothing to see. He does not appreciate nature. For these reasons, I did not get to see what I long to see.
This is what I had wanted to see several years back at San Francisco. Traveling along the road, I can see the sight of windmill from far. I was so happy. I told Richard to go there. However, he was not keen.
At California, we had several accommodation, mostly cheap vacation rentals and motels. The place which we had the longest stay was Santa Clara. We did not have any San Diego vacation rental homes or motels because Richard found it troublesome to book for accomodation. If I have a choice to go again to California, I would not want to stay in motels anymore. I would want to stay in better accomodation. I love their vacation homes. It is definitely better than what I used to stay in. They have vacation homes for various destination, and Newport beach rental homes are some of them. I would definitely book for the best rental homes the next time I had a chance to go traveling.
