Easy To Cook Food
By peace | September 8, 2007

These three food here seems so easy to cook. All it takes is oil and you do not need any other ingredients. However, it takes skills and time to cook these food. Richard had cooked these food for me and the children last night, my birthday. He was too lazy to go out to buy a birthday cake. In the end, he cooked these food.
It took about 30-45 minutes to cook all these food! This is indeed surprising. For a person who hardly cook and inexperience in cooking, that is the time he took for cooking all these food. In the end, my kitchen was all full of smoke and oil. However, for once, I felt so good. It was good to have someone cook for you. It was nice to be served. I have been serving the family all these while. It was really a nice feeling to be served, even though I know that I had to mop the floor after that. He does not know how to control fire and the control of cooking oil as well. But, I am not fuzzy now. I am too tired to care for more. Even though it is simple dish like that, as long as I can filled my stomach, I am served, I am happy.
This is my real birthday dinner for my birthday. However, on my birthday, I had visited my mother. At my mother’s place, we had dinner at the restaurant near her house. We ate Sambal Kang Kong, Fried Kai Lan, Cereal Chicken, Ginger and Spring Onion Frogs’ legs and Seaweed Toufu soup. Read more and view the pictures here.

The children asked to buy birthday cake for me, but no one wanted to go out. Late in the night, I requested Richard to cook some food for me. He agreed and everyone had a filled of our stomach after that. So that is how I spend my birthday. […]
