Just yesterday I received a phone call from HSBC credit cards’ telemarketers. The telemarketer was telling me about free cards and all the benefits that came with the cards. I did not want to waste her time. I know very well that I cannot apply for any card at all since I am not working. So I told her, “I am not working currently.” As soon as she heard this, her response was very fast as well. “ok, thanks and bye!”
