Loans Slave

By peace | September 21, 2007

I am very fed up with loans. Not that I love to borrow money, but there are just people who love to borrow money. They are people who love to apply for secured loans and personal loans. The more loans they can apply, the happier they will be. These people are the people who always think that money is so easy to earn back. They try to use these money which is not theirs, the loan amount, to invest, making money work for them. In the end, they want to be rich, want to be millionaire. Just today, I told Clara, we must work hard. Money would not drop down from the sky if you do not work hard. If you always dream of getting rich, you have to show that you work for it. Not merely think and grow rich.

He has a lot of personal loans as well as secured loans. We even have home loans. Now that he is not working, he cannot apply for anymore loans. He does not seem to have any sound financial planning at all. He obviously need debt consolidation and reduce lots of debts. Loans are draining him and me indirectly. I feel totally exhausted having to lead this kind of life — every month, whether you earn more or you earn less, you need to pay the standard interest payment to the banks for the loans amount that he owned to the banks. This is what I called Loan Slave. If he can earn more, I am not blogging now. I will be playing with my children and I will be doing my housework now. Do not be loan slave. It is tiring and it is for life.

[…] No one will believe or can imagine the kind of life I am going through. What you see is just the facade of a building. I hate to be a hypocrites and I treat life seriously. Similarly, what he does will affect the family. […]
