Bought Digital Camera
By peace | January 27, 2008
I need money. Life is not easy. Everyday I bottled so much feelings and it is hard to swallow. Blogging is part of my life now and blogging is just another word for writing on the internet. Writing help me to heal, heal my wounds and heal my heart.
Years back when I first started blogging, my bank account was pathetically low. My husband asked me,”You know how to earn money?” I need to look after the family and for that I quit my job. I don’t know how to earn money?
Well, there is no need for people like him to understand me. He never will and he will not be bothered to. What had he DONE when I needed him? What had he DONE to show support for me? I would be grateful enough if he is just being Sensible and not being fooled by worldly people, worldly possessions and worldly temptations.
My Rewards From Blogging
However, over the period of time that I had put in so much effort in my blogs, I finally had the means to buy something, an investment for my job. From having no camera, but a love of photographs, I had always search for photographs on the web. Finally, I got my handphone with camera function, and I was able to take my own photographs and videos later. However, the handphone camera was not that good. I love to take photos of flowers, close-up view and my handphone would not produce a good result for these. I always admired blogs with beautiful photographs. Imagine what we see, but we cannot show people what we really see. Having a good digital camera, not only can we write to tell people, we can also show the audience. A picture speaks louder than words. A good picture also inspire and it makes words much simpler. Readers would not feel so much ‘taxing’ reading just words. Pictures brighten up the world.

Casio EX - Z1050 Digital Camera Purchased
This is Casio EX - Z1050 Digital Camera above, still packed in the box. I bought it last year. The special feature of the camera is 10.1 Mega Pixels with 2.6″ wide and bright LCD and 3X Optical Zoom. This camera is paid by monthly instalments at no interest at all( for a period of 3 years) using Richard’s credit card.
I bought the digital camera at Courts. Camcorder is my next target perhaps, but that is another few more years to go. The digital camera is my investment. With it, I can really have my own pictures on my blog and I have so many collections yet to be taken. The other investment which I had is my portable hard disk.

I am just happy now that I can take photographs of my own ‘garden’ flowers like this orange Bougainvillea below and also beautiful flowers around my neigbourhood. It is a corridor container mini-garden, though it is not really a garden, but just pots of plants. During this period of the year, many roses had blossomed and they were so nice.
More Chinese New Year Plants Pictures
7 February 2008 and 8 February 2008 Lunar New Year
Chinese New Year is approaching and many people are shopping around for Chinese New Year Flowers. I do not want to waste money on such things, nor buy any new year clothes. I would rather save money and buy food for my children.
