Sun Wu Kong Havoc In Heaven

齐天大胜孫悟空 大闹天宫 Sun Wu Kong ‘Havoc In Heaven’

On this day of the church, it rang so much bell, memories of my childhood, so fun so humourous…. and this day, the altar boys rang the bell so long, so many times, exactly like those days…

Monkey See Monkey Do

Two sets of bells on the floor. Our family used to joke about the church. We used to imitate the Holy Communion too. Whenever the ice-cream men came to our house (downstairs) to sell ice-cream, they would ring their bell (exactly the same sound last time). Then we used to imitate as priest giving out Holy Communion whenever we ate Haw. We love to eat Haw, and we played giving and receiving Holy Communion at our Boon Lay home — we would queue up to receive Holy Communion (the Haw), stretch out our tongue and then say ‘Amen’. It was so funny and so fun.

I was so fascinated by the ‘rituals’ of the altar boys. Back home, I ‘walk’ like them. It was so fun. I especially like one of the malay altar boy. He is so cute.

I miss the red wine. It was the best red wine I ever tasted (but the container was different). The one I saw the other time was luxurious crystal, this one here is normal ’smooth’, not superior. However, the wine I tasted….it was even better than what ‘oldest’ red wine or whatever that the Lionel(not real name, but similar name) had given me. He told me how to drink red wine…. His friend lived in Bungalow or something like that, rich man who drove Mercedez, but I don’t find the red wine nice…
