Finally this is our first day of the New Year 2010. It is so bright and sunny now — what a good day to start off the year! My first post for the new year is to show you my stainless steel collection as what the title of the post already suggest. The introductory photo is the photo of my favourite stainless steel fork with delicious banana fritter. These photographs below show my stainless steel collection:
The first stainless steel product is this pot from Royalkvb. This is my favourite pot in the kitchen. It contains marking(measurement) at the side of the pot as shown in the first photograph. This make cooking easier especially when I need to follow instruction on recipe like adding 500ml of water or 750ml of milk and so on.

Chinese New Year is approaching soon (next month) and frying ‘Nian Gao’ is what the Chinese would do. I like to eat ‘Nian Gao’, and I like to fry ‘Nian Gao’ and banana fritters (Goreng Pisang) using the pot.

Besides using the pot for deep-frying, nowadays I would use the pot for cooking porridge for Isaac. It is really a very useful pot.
The other two stainless steel products that I have here is a cutlery set put in an enclosed container and a small foldable cosmetic mirror. My cosmetic mirror is a very small one, not as big as Blomus Stainless Steel Cosmetic Mirror. It is a free gift from Shiseido when I purchase their products some years ago.
The cutlery set is consist of a pair of stainless steel chopstick, a stainless steel fork and a stainless steel spoon. The small cosmetic mirror has a foldable base. Both the cutlery set and the cosmetic mirror are just small enough to be put into handbags. I like them very much.

Once again, wishing everyone a Happy New Year!
