This is a photograph of me taken 3 years back. You can see a beautiful flower poster behind me. I love the poster at first sight and decided to buy it. I did not read the words written on the poster at the time when I purchased it. It was later (after Jesus came) then I ‘my eyes were opened’ and I saw the words written on the poster. It was these words from Joshua 24:15 — But as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

What is Poster Brain? As the name already suggests, it is basically a brain of poster. This means that your whole brain is all about posters, various kinds of posters, a great varieties of posters, whichever kind of posters you can think of, letting your imagination and creativity run wild! As time progress, there are better technology now, and people are more educated than before. For example, poster printing is readily available on the internet. Getting yourself custom posters are so easy! Gone are the days where people need to spend hours designing and painting their own posters! With advancement of technology, poster printing is so fast and efficient, so much so that you can get your own custom poster printing the next day/overnight!

People want to see new things, things that they had never seen before, and things that will really capture their attention — the real purpose of the poster. So what is the purpose of the poster? The posters served many purposes. It can be used as a media for educational purposes (this is the main purpose), commercial reasons such as advertisement to gain revenues, creating awareness of certain important agenda (such as Election Candidates — look at photograph below on Presidential Election), and not to be missed out, decorative purposes — hiding some wall flaws, or even to brighten some dull corners of the room. For example, look at the last photograph of the birds posters. These are large posters used as screens to block off unsightly views, while at the same time, they act as information/educational purpose, rewarding passers-by for looking at them. Beautiful posters like this add so much colours and beauty to the surrounding. Even people who do not know how to read the words can appreciate the nature of birds in this case. Still, for some individuals and companies, posters such as motivational posters and photograph posters, would serve to brighten the days of the people. They are visual stimulants that help the staff of the companies (especially sales staff) to feel fresh to kickstart the day!
